When considering buying a suppressor, don't just think of it as an expense for one weapon.  If you have multiple rifles you would like to suppress, buy a 762 SD and put multiple fast attach muzzle brakes on several different rifles.  This allows you to switch your suppressor from your .308 to your 6.5mm, 6mm, 22 cal, 20 cal making it a very versitile system.  AAC makes it possible to shoot without hearing protection at all in most cases.  Once you use a suppressor on a long day of varmint shooting, you'll be hooked!
